Originally from Madison, Wisconsin, Dr. Laura Erbach earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Wisconsin in 2000. Soon after, she relocated to Oregon to begin what has become a lifelong and deeply fulfilling career in veterinary medicine.
We’re thrilled to welcome Dr. Erbach to the team at Doug Fir Veterinary Care. With over 21 years of experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong commitment to building lasting relationships with clients and their cherished pets throughout the Willamette Valley.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Erbach fully embraces the Pacific Northwest lifestyle. She enjoys kayaking, biking, and exploring the outdoors with her wife, Deb, along with their two dogs and cats. A proud honorary local, she’s an avid supporter of the Portland Trail Blazers and Thorns, a fan of live music, and loves relaxing in her backyard with a cold IPA—often joined by her backyard chickens
